Terms of Carriage

A definition of

1 "DUP" refers to the speed and pass the franchisor and agents.

DUP does not take responsibility for loss or damage resulting from causes that are beyond the scope of the DUP control. 2 any claim for loss or damage shall be handled only after the payment of DUP freight. Claims cannot be deducted from the shipping charges paid to DUP.  

Eight, to pay the freight business

1. If the sender requests to pay the freight, it must be on the waybill clearly marked "freight to collect", otherwise it will be deemed for freight prepaid;

2 if the consignee refuses to pay the freight, the sender shall guarantee payment of the freight.  

Nine, the Warsaw Convention
