Before preparing for shipment, the shipper needs to provide KYC information to the shipper (KYC = know your customer, i.e. identity certificate and address certificate recognized by the government)
If the Indian consignee is an individual, you need to provide aadhar card number and PAN card number;
If an Indian company is the consignee, IEC No. (import and export license) and GST (tax number) shall be provided.
