To apply for compensation, a loss certificate of a local third party (such as a certificate stamped by the police and the delivery company) shall be issued.
11. Compensation standard: if the insurance is not purchased and the goods are lost, the compensation shall be three times the freight, and the freight shall not be refunded, and the maximum compensation standard is US $100; The insurance shall be compensated according to the insured amount. If the information provided by the customer is inconsistent with the actual goods, the quality of the goods themselves, and specific certification problems are involved, compensation will not be accepted; In case of war, natural disaster and other force majeure factors, except for the damage or loss of goods, compensation will not be accepted; In case of overall time delay caused by flight delay / customs clearance delay during transportation, compensation will not be accepted. Once the goods are delivered, the rules of this clause shall prevail.
12. The above transshipment time limit does not include the day of receipt / holidays and the time of customs clearance delay; If the delivery address is in a remote area, 2-4 working days shall be added to the normal transit time limit.
